Hi, I’m Hipolito R. Albia, CPA
I am the founder of H.R. Albia Accounting and Auditing Services and a Certified Public Accountant accredited by the Board of Accountancy and the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
With over 25 years of professional experience, I have worked with businesses across various industries, supporting them in meeting regulatory requirements and maintaining reliable financial records. My practice is grounded in professionalism, ethical standards, and a strong commitment to accuracy and accountability.
My Professional Journey
My career has been shaped by years of hands-on experience in accounting, audit, and taxation across different business environments. Through working with various organizations, I developed a strong appreciation for the role of accounting in providing structure, clarity, and discipline to business operations. Over time, I found purpose in converting complex and often unorganized financial records into reliable information that business owners can confidently use for compliance and decision-making.
After earning my CPA license and gaining extensive experience in public and private accounting, I established my own practice. On March 16, 2020, I officially registered as a Sole CPA Public Practitioner with the BIR in Pasig City.

My experience includes direct involvement in accounting, audit, and tax matters, including interactions with the BIR and handling complex compliance requirements.
